Mr. Paugh is an associate at Wojciechowski & Associates, P.C., joining the Firm in 2008. His practice primarily consists of defense litigation involving construction defects, professional liability, personal injury, and other commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Paugh obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998, and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 2003. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity at South Texas College of Law.

For four years after law school, Mr. Paugh was an associate at a mid-sized Houston firm. There his litigation practice focused on toxic tort and catastrophic injury defense, personal injury defense, commercial litigation and employment counseling and litigation. He represented a wide array of companies, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, counseling and litigating employment and commercial disputes.

Mr. Paugh has extensive litigation experience throughout the state of Texas. He has defended cases in many Texas counties including Harris, Dallas, Travis, Bexar, Montgomery, Jefferson, Orange, Nueces , Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, Cameron, Hidalgo, and Burleson. He has served as second chair trial attorney for cases in Travis and Harris counties.

Mr. Paugh is licensed in the state of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Paugh has also been active in several community activities including Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program, Houston Bar Association's Legal Lines, and Habitat for Humanity.
